Vinification: 100% de-stemming - traditional vinification in concrete vats. No addition of SO2 during vinification.
Aging: 15 months 228L barrels No fining or filtration during bottling.
On a base of very pretty Grenache enriched with Mourvèdre, the nose expresses itself on notes of candied fruit, garrigue and spices. The mouth is full and creamy, between freshness and aromatic persistence. A wine full of finesse to accompany all your dishes with strong expression.
