Established in the small town of Seyssel, crossroads of Haute-Savoie, Savoie, and Ain, the Domaine Lambert de Seyssel has a century-old history famous for its sparkling wines made with the Champaneois method, greatly appreciated bythe kings and queens of the 19th century, and in particular Queen Victoria.
ALL ABOUT TERROIR
In 1930 "Les Caves de Seyssel" was founded,
when the area of Seyssel was recognized as Protected Designation of Origin. Taken over in 1988 by Gérard Lambert and his wife, the winery experienced a new development, combining tradition and modernity. With a deep concern about sustainable farming practices, Gerard has also turned to biodynamic cultivation and offers a range of sparkling, red and white wines.
This cuvee challenges the idea that Molette is meant to be a neutral blending grape. By reducing yields and focusing on quality the Lambert De Seyssel has produced a wine full of character. Expect intense minerality, bruised apples and ripe peaches with a nutty finish.

A brilliant, golden yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is quite discreet. It reveals aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and orange. Vanilla completes the aromatic bouquet.
